As part of our commitment to making future-ready education accessible across India, Qurious Mind successfully conducted a Free Robotics Workshop at Kidzee Angul, Odisha, on 26th July. Organized in collaboration with Kidzee Angul, the workshop introduced young learners to the exciting world of Robotics, Coding, Innovation and STEM Education through immersive, hands-on learning experiences.
The initiative was designed to spark curiosity, nurture creativity and help children develop the foundational skills needed to thrive in a technology-driven future. By combining practical activities with interactive learning, the workshop encouraged students to explore the fascinating possibilities of robotics while building confidence in science and technology.
Beginning of an Inspiring Learning Journey
The workshop was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, who formally commenced the event with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Their presence highlighted the growing importance of integrating experiential STEM education into early learning and encouraged students to embrace innovation with enthusiasm.
The inauguration set the tone for an engaging and educational session focused on inspiring the next generation of innovators, creators and problem-solvers.
Hands-on Robotics Sessions
The technical sessions were conducted by Mr. Kalpak Nayak, Robotics Trainer at Qurious Mind, who introduced students to the fundamentals of robotics through interactive demonstrations and practical hands-on activities.
Students learned the basics of robotics, explored key STEM concepts and discovered how simple engineering principles, sensors and logical thinking come together to create intelligent robotic models. The activity-based approach ensured that every participant remained actively involved while learning through experimentation and teamwork.

Around 50 enthusiastic students participated in the workshop and experienced the excitement of building, exploring and understanding robotics firsthand.
