We extend our heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming response to Sankalpana 2026 – Goa S.T.E.M Challenge, a landmark event that successfully brought together young innovators, educators and institutions from across the region. Held on Friday, 17th April 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at Ravindra Bhavan, Baina, Vasco Da Gama, Goa, the event witnessed an electrifying atmosphere filled with curiosity, collaboration, and competitive spirit.
With participation from over 350 teams representing 52+ schools, Sankalpana 2026 emerged as one of Goa’s most impactful STEM events. Students showcased exceptional problem-solving skills, innovation and teamwork while competing across a diverse range of challenges.
Exciting Competitions at Sankalpana 2026
The event featured a dynamic lineup of competitions designed to test both technical knowledge and practical application:
Artificial Intelligence Quiz: Enhancing conceptual understanding of AI and emerging technologies.
Robotics Construction Challenge: Encouraging students to design and build functional robotic models.
Robo Race: Testing speed, precision, and control of robots in a competitive track environment.
Thief Hunter Challenge: Robo Mission – A problem-solving robotics challenge simulating real-world scenarios.
Line Following Robot: Demonstrating programming accuracy and sensor-based navigation.
STEM Balloon Car Challenge: Applying scientific principles to create innovative, eco-friendly propulsion systems.
Each competition pushed participants to think critically, innovate creatively and apply their classroom knowledge in real-world scenarios.
