Zimbabwe Delegations visit to Qurious Mind Administrative & Innovation Hub in Vasco

Qurious Mind had the privilege of welcoming an esteemed 11-member Zimbabwean delegation to our Administrative and Innovation Hub in Vasco da Gama, as part of the Learning Beyond Borders: Zimbabwe Delegation Programme in Goa.

The delegation included senior officials from the Ministry of Primary & Secondary Education, Zimbabwe and education leaders from Zvishavane, visiting Goa to explore collaborative opportunities in STEM and Robotics education. The Delegation Members consisted of –

The delegation was greeted by Qurious Mind staff, students and parents, creating an atmosphere of warmth and cultural exchange. During the guided tour, visitors experienced both the administrative strength and the innovation-driven environment that define our hub. Parents shared moving testimonials on how Robotics education at Qurious Mind has enriched their children’s lives by fostering creativity, discipline and problem-solving skills while reducing screen dependency.

The highlight of the visit was a lively student showcase. Young learners confidently presented projects such as Balloon Car, Line-Following Bot and other projects. These demonstrations were met with applause and admiration from the delegation, who expressed appreciation for the students’ ingenuity and the hands-on approach to STEM education.

The visit helped focus on opportunities to align Goa’s education practices with global best practices, exploring collaborative initiatives in STEM and Robotics and the importance of student-centered, experiential learning.

The visit was well-documented with photographs and press coverage, capturing the essence of international collaboration and the joy of students proudly showcasing their skills. These visuals will remain a lasting reminder of a meaningful cultural and educational exchange.

As the delegation bid farewell after the two-hour visit, both sides expressed optimism about the journey ahead. The interaction not only celebrated innovation and cultural understanding but also opened doors to future collaborations between Goa and Zimbabwe, strengthening a shared vision of empowering the next generation through creativity and technology.
