Robo Narkasur Challenge 2025: Fusing Goa’s Festive Spirit with Future Technology

In a remarkable fusion of Goan tradition and modern innovation, Qurious Mind Infotainment Pvt. Ltd. successfully hosted the Robo Narkasur Challenge 2025 on 18 October at the Goa Science Centre, Miramar. The event creatively blends Goa’s vibrant cultural celebrations with hands-on STEM learning.

Using Qurious Minds Qurio Spark Kits, participating students designed and built robotic versions of the traditional Narkasur — complete with motion, lighting and storytelling features. The challenge brought together the essence of creativity, engineering and cultural pride, proving how technology can preserve and enhance heritage while nurturing young innovators.

The event drew enthusiastic participation from schools across Goa and witnessed an inspiring turnout of parents, educators and tech enthusiasts. Each team showcased exceptional imagination, teamwork and technical skills as they brought their robotic Narkasurs to life.

Participants were evaluated on Creativity of Design, Working Mechanism and Movements, Team Coordination & Presentation, Innovation and Storytelling, by a distinguished panel of judges. The judges consisted of

The event was seamlessly coordinated, ensuring a rewarding experience for every young creator.
